It has to be the early mornings on weekends or maybe the late night return from competitions. Nothing could ever take away the fulfilment of seeing a shy student that in leaps increases his/her vocabulary with every triumph or scary true mark of a debater.
Juvenile as we were, born back in 2016, we went and struggled through competitions and won the ADI Tournament. Like the Phoenix we are, we rose higher and went to Orate Africa debate tournament which was hosted in Botswana.
This is not a sport, but a way of life. We strive and look forward with courage, not only to acquire accolades but personal growth and creating lifetime friendships.
